Labor USA is a professional construction labor sub-contracting company with value added job site management services where customer service, quality labor, and professionalism is our top priority.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best labor and management service experience possible in order to maintain a strong ongoing business relationship. We specialize in all types of roofing and solar construction including, but not limited to: asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile roofing, commercial flat roofs, residential and commercial solar rooftop and ground mount.
During each job we make sure to take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our workers as well as the property we are working on. Being able to provide this service to our customers allows them to focus on the growth and maintenance of their business operations as well as pursuing future jobs from potential customers. Along with the high quality of labor and service we provide also comes with the utmost integrity, and we stand behind our work giving our customers the peace of mind they deserve.
• Labor Crews
o In this industry it can be very difficult to find good labor crews to ensure the proper installation on every job. At Labor USA we have worked hard to acquire and maintain the quality of labor that our guys continuously provide for our customers.
• Communication
o The communication barriers between most contractors and subs nowadays is awful and can cause several issues when trying to be efficient on the job site and getting the work done right the first time. With Labor USA you will not have to worry about that. We establish a clear line of communication between us and the contractor we are working with to ensure that the expectations of the contractor are met on every job.
• Job Site Operations
o First and foremost, safety always comes first on every job. The safety of all job site personnel, liability of both us and the contractor, and the owner of the property is our number one priority.
o Before starting each job, we take 360° pictures of the entire property to document exactly how the property looks upon arrival as well as any potential safety hazards we might encounter while performing the job. Doing this helps protect both us and the contractor from being accused of damaging any owner property
that was already in damaged shape when the job is finished.
o After taking the pictures, we place tarps around the entire perimeter of the house as well as any stationary objects on the property that have potential of being damaged from debris.
o Once everything is secure and the guys begin to work, our field supervisor gets a count of all the materials delivered to the job site to make sure everything needed to complete the job is accounted for. If we notice something is missing that will be needed, we bring it to the attention of the contractor and go get the materials, from their preferred supplier, before even reaching that point in the project where the material is needed. Doing this allows our production to stay as efficient as possible, giving us the ability to get more work done in a timely manner.
o Throughout the production of the job the field supervisor will take production photos for documentation to provide to the contractor to ensure that the job is done the correct way.
o Upon completion the field supervisor will do a complete walk around of the entire job to guarantee customer satisfaction, take completion photos to provide to the contractor, and take photos of any left over materials that were not needed to complete the project. If there are any left over materials, the field supervisor will
notify the contractor, return them to their preferred supplier or leave them at the job site per the contractor’s request. If returned to the supplier, we will provide the contractor with the return form document, provided by the supplier.
• Documentation
o Being able to provide our customers with the proper documentation on every job is essential and makes their job much easier. After the completion of each job, we create a complete overview and summary of the job including all the documents and photos that go along with it and share a digital folder with the contractor so there are no discrepancies.
• The Savings
o Insurance- Most subcontractors in this industry don’t carry any insurance and are always added to the policy of the contractor, raising their monthly premiums. Well good news for you, we carry our own general liability insurance and provide all our customers with a certificate of insurance.
o Materials-
Theft of materials from subs in this industry is not an uncommon
occurrence, costing many contractors a lot of money in having to pay for “extra squares of labor” as well as the “extra material that was needed”. At Property Pros we value the relationship with our customers and uphold the same integrity that we expect from them.

This not only saves the contractor money from hiring a foreman, but also gives them the opportunity to make more money by allowing their salesman to do what they do best, sell more jobs.
o Quality Control-
We know how important it is for contractors to provide their
customers with the best quality product as possible. At Labor USA, we treat every property like it was our own and do our absolute best to provide our customers as well as yours with the quality they deserve. Many times, it is hard for a contractor to stay on the job the entire time knowing what kind of quality they are getting from their subs. It is our goal to give the contractor the peace of mind in knowing that every job is done right the first time.
-Project Management – From start to finish a project manager is on site, making sure the job is done correctly, professionally and timely
-Job photos- Every Job will have minimum 100 photos provided on every aspect of the job, including but not limited to re-nailing of deck, flashing, underlayment, shingling showing 6 nails per shingle, progress photos, 360 videos of progress provided for contractor marketing, Drone fly showing completed roof provided to contractor when job is done.
-Trailers Haul off of material to dump site included in price
-Material runs – Material check in and Material returns all receipts provided to contractor for any additional material, return receipts to contractor preferred supply will be provided for every job
-Walk up referral Any neighbors or drive by potential customers will be immediately given to contractor
Job Summary A detailed PDF report will be provided to contractor for every job showing all photos, job receipts, picks of left over material, return material receipts , all in one easy to manage PDF provided to contractor with billing
